Exiled Iranian Writer Yaghoub Yadali: His Story


Yaghoub Yadali won the most prestigious award in Iran for fiction. His book “Rituals of Restlessness” was approved by the government and became a bets-seller. Then someone complained, his book was banned, and he was jailed. Now he finds himself in the City of Asylum in Pittsburgh, PA lving in sanctuary and hoping someday to return to Iran with the freedom to write and express himself.
